Shipping policy

We carefully prepare and process online orders Monday through Friday, excluding statutory holidays. Under normal circumstances, orders are processed for shipment within 4–5 business days, unless a different processing time is stated in the product description.

All orders destined for the United States are fulfilled through our U.S. distribution center, helping our American customers avoid additional duties and taxes.

Although we make every effort to ship orders as quickly as possible, processing times may vary based on available inventory. Please allow up to 15 business days for shipment.
